                                                                Great British Greyhound Walk
This year in june 2010 a walk was held, the aim was to get as many greyhounds to walk together on the same day all across the country, in different locations, to promote and raise awareness for greyhounds as pets.
We held our own walk here in Dorset on the beautifull island of Portland, it was a great day and lots of greyhounds and their owners turned up, it was great to swap stories/share and chat about these wonderfull dogs, we even managed to home the dogs that we bought along on the day looking for homes, so a great success!!!
